The Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà offers a wide variety of parking options. From hourly rates to annual parking permits—take a look at the rates and see what works best for you.

2025/2026

  1. Outside lots

    Lots 10, 11 and 32:
    Daily - flat rate: $10
    After 5 p.m. and weekends - $6 per day

    Outside permit holder lots after 3:30 p.m.:
    Flat rate: $10/entry

    Hourly lots:
    $6 / hour
    Daily max.: $24

    Art Parkade:
    Flat rate: $12 / entry
    Flat rate: evenings (after 6 p.m.): $9 / entry

    MacEwan Hall Parkade:
    $6.50 / hour
    Daily max.: $26

    Spy Hill campus:
    Daily - flat rate: $6

    CWPH Parkade (Foothills campus):
    $6 / hour
    Daily max: $24

  1. Annual lots

    Outside lots:
    $125 + GST / mo.

    Art Parkade:
    $155 + GST / mo.

    MacEwan Hall Parkade/CWPH/SMART/CDC:
    $180 + GST / mo.

    Spy Hill/OVC campus:
    $62.60 + GST / mo.

    Reserved Stall:
    $50 + GST / mo.

    *Monthly pricing available for those eligible for payroll deductions only. Charge for balance of permit year is payable when permit is received if you are unable to be set up for deductions.

McMahon Stadium East
$50 per month

  • During Stampeders home games, East McMahon permit holders MUST vacate the lot by 5 p.m. on weekdays and by noon on weekends.
  • No overnight parking

    *Spy Hill permits will be available to purchase online, or in person by Veterinary Medicine students.

    The students' name must appear on the list provided by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. Students must also show their student ID to the Parking Office before the permit will be issued.

     

  1. Residence lots

    Residence permits available for purchase online and in person (based on availability).

    You must be living in residence for the term you are purchasing the permit for.

    • Lot 49 - $500 + GST / semester
    • Lot 65 - $500 + GST / semester
    • Art Parkade - $620 + GST /semester
    • Varsity Courts - $125 + GST / monthly
    • Lot 2 - $500 + GST / semester

  1. Other parking rates

    Permit/Access Card replacement (lost/stolen):
    $30 / instance

    Contractor day pass:
    $10 / day (GST included)

    Contractor monthly permit:
    Contact Campus Service Centre for pricing. 

    Motorcycle permit - annual:
    $87 + GST / year (May 1 to April 30)

    Secure bicycle parking - annual:
    $30 / year (May 1 to April 30)
