This form is to appeal sanctions students may receive from Residence Services for breaking the Community Standards.

Residence Services will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless authorized under Alberta’s Access to Information Act (ATIA) and Protection of Privacy Act (POPA). The purpose of this form is to obtain consent to disclose your personal information to a designate for the purposes of managing the housing program under section 13(1)(c) of POPA.
Please fill out this form and email back to housing@ucalgary.ca to be added to your residence file.
If something is broken or not functioning properly in your unit, you can complete a Maintenance Request. If you have questions regarding maintenance policy, contact us. By submitting a request, you give us permission to enter your unit between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. to complete request.
The Roommate Agreement is a set of terms that roommates agree to in order to create an enjoyable and cooperative living environment. This agreement is a starting point to establish open communication and set expectations in order to decrease the likelihood of potential conflicts throughout the year. It is essential that all roommates complete the Roommate Agreement within two weeks of moving in and are present and honest while completing it.

If you would like to change that room that you are currently living in, you will need to fill out this form. If you would like to move due to a roommate situation, you will need to discuss with your CA and RLC.

Residence is happy to be able to offer our monetary awards to residents shown leadership and/or contributed in a positive way to your residence community.
If you decide to leave residence before the end date of your contract, a vacating notice must be completed and submitted to Residence Services.
